EDEN  is our public web platform for viewing and interacting with jobs. It allows homeowners, insurers, tradies and other stakeholders to keep track of the progress, see photos, chat and monitor other aspects of our work.

Each workday, our tradies upload photos, timesheets and other information to our systems and EDEN automatically updates to reflect the latest status of the job; updating all other connected systems and stakeholders.

Users in EDEN can be assigned to these jobs, ask questions, view photos and perform direct tasks to expedite the completion of the job (such as letting work teams know things like which colours or materials are preferred).

When a job begins, you will be invited to join it via email or SMS - if you have a job underway and have not received this invite, please reach out to us via support@samconsulting.co.nz and one of our team will be happy to help.

Please note, some aspects of EDEN are only available to those who have been invited to join a job and have necessary permissions - for example you may not be able to view certain photos or documents without special permissions; if you believe you should have access to something and are having trouble getting it, please reach out to us via support@samconsulting.co.nz and one of our team will be happy to assist.
